All our training is based on the Fundamental Movement Patterns of human movement. We evolved from caves and there are certain movements we should, as humans be able to complete, including a Squat, this is how we sat down before chairs invaded the planet and ruined everyone's back, hips and shoulders (I do write this sat in a chair don't get me wrong we do own chairs in the house haha!). Another is the Hinge, this essentially means bending at the hip and is the way we should pick things up from the floor rather than rounding our back, which is the source of a lot of lower back pain. These movements along with the other fundamental patterns and a number of others can be manipulated to achieve any goal while making you feel amazing!

The most personal of personal training you will find. I truly care about each and everyone of the people I train like family. These plans are tailored to suit you at any starting point from never having exercised to people looking to conqueror mountains and sporting challenges. You have full nutritional support and access by phone to myself (Mike, the head training and owner) at all times by phone, text me any time I'm always here to help you succeed.
Training in our very small groups of no more than 6 people at any time has proven to give people the extra motivation and support of a team. In this form of personal training you still have your own personal plan, but you get to train with some incredible training partners who become like family. The atmosphere is so supportive, friendly and encouraging.
Online Personal Training - This allows you the freedom to train where ever and when ever you want. I can design your program to suit a gym, home, outdoors or even a mix of all 3. Video tutorials for every exercise and a program that updates every month!
Online Physical Therapy - If you have a chronic physical problem or have recently been injured, our physical therapy treatments have been proven to work long term and permanently unlike many other forms of therapy you don't need repeat visits for life.
My VIP Personal Training Packages are the most all inclusive service you will ever find. Everything can be taken care of for you, to whatever degree you choose. You can train up to 5 times per week with programs specially design to never cause burnout and leave you feeling energised. I can travel to you to train in your home gym. I will take care of not only your nutritional advice but even take care of the shopping for you and have it delivered to your door.
