Personal training is where it all started for me and its still something I'm very passionate about to this day. I pride myself on making every single session bespoke to you. Your program and sessions will be 100% individual, the approach is based around the fundamental movement patterns of human movement, but when I do love using all the latest techniques available to help you succeed, including Blood Flow Restriction Cuffs, Voodoo Bands, Accommodating Resistance and many, many more to push you to levels of success you never thought possible. These various bits of equipment and techniques will also ensure you're always doing something new in your sessions, I have people I've trained for over 5 years still training with me and learning new things, while achieving new goals and personal bests on a monthly basis. I accommodate for anything you might need in these sessions, from post surgery complications, work related back pain or even goals that most might not be able to help you with. If you want to share you sessions with a friend you're more than welcome to, you can share your sessions with up to 3 friends and create your own small group. For each extra person simply add 25% to the prices below, so you get a great saving when you share.
2 sessions p/week - £300 p/month
3 sessions p/week - £420 p/month
4 sessions p/week - £495 p/month
