Individualised Group Training
These personal training sessions are a completely individual concept to Physical Preparation Westbourne. By taking part you join an incredibly friendly and supportive team, you train in a group of no more than 6 each people, everyone on this program currently has found the fun, welcoming and supportive atmosphere a complete game changer.
The program itself still tailored to you and your individual goals and needs, but the revolutionary template that's only available in our Westbourne personal training studio means that everyone is working together on the same type of movement. This keeps the group together and builds an atmosphere of togetherness and removes all concerns of being intimidated or like you aren't a part of the group. In one group we have 6 people who are all different age ranges from 26-60 and their ability varies greatly, but they have trained together for months now and wouldn't have it any other way.
As Part of this Program you Complete 2 sessions p/week, with a complimentary 3rd session available every Friday if you'd like to come.
Early Morning - 6:30am
Mid Morning - 10am
Early Evening - 5:30pm
Later Evening - 6:30pm
